1. Agreement to Terms

By booking an appointment or receiving grooming services at Krishna Unisex Salon (located on Main Market Road, Barmer, Rajasthan), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please inform our team before your service begins.

2. Appointment Scheduling & WhatsApp Confirmations

Our appointment booking guidelines:

• Appointments submitted via our website are confirmed when you receive a confirmation message from our owner or staff on WhatsApp (+91 78520 45900).
• We request clients to arrive 5 to 10 minutes before their scheduled time slot.
• If you are running late, please message us. If you are delayed by more than 15 minutes without notice, we may need to reschedule your appointment or adjust the service duration to accommodate other waiting clients.

3. Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy

We understand that schedules can change. You can cancel or reschedule your appointment at no charge by sending a quick WhatsApp message to +91 78520 45900 at least 1 hour prior to your scheduled time.

4. Pricing, Estimates & Payment Modes

• All prices shown on our website and menu cards are in Indian Rupees (₹) and represent transparent standard rates.
• For complex chemical transformations (such as balayage, corrective coloring, or hair botox), exact quotes are provided after a hands-on hair length and density assessment.
• We accept cash, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), and major Credit / Debit cards upon completion of service.

5. Hygiene, Tool Sanitation & Single-Use Blades

We guarantee 100% single-use disposable blades for all straight-razor hot shaves and beard edging. All reusable scissors, clippers, and brushes undergo dual hospital-grade UV sterilization and Barbicide disinfectant cycles before touching any client.

6. Chemical Treatments & Patch Testing

Clients undergoing chemical hair coloring, bleach lightening, or keratin smoothening are advised to disclose any pre-existing scalp sensitivities, allergies, or previous chemical treatments. We provide complimentary 24-hour patch tests upon request.

7. Studio Etiquette & Right of Admission

To maintain a tranquil and welcoming environment for all clients, we kindly request respectful conduct within the salon. We reserve the right to decline service to any individual exhibiting abusive or disruptive behavior.
